新型胃肠双动力药物—伊托必利 被引量：18

摘要 目的 :探讨新型胃肠双动力药物伊托必利的临床有效性及安全性。方法 :查阅中外相关文献 ,并进行综合、分析和归纳。结果 :伊托必利是新型的具有阻断多巴胺D2 受体活性和抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的双重机制的第三代促胃肠动力药物 ,具有选择性高 ;中枢神经系统分布少 ;不经过肝脏细胞色素P450代谢 ,药物相互作用少 ;无西沙必利的致室性心律失常及其他严重的药物不良反应和实验室异常等特点 ,安全性更高。结论 :伊托必利是治疗功能性消化不良和慢性胃炎及肠易激综合症因胃肠动力障碍引起的消化不良症状的安全、有效的新型药物。
