摘要
X195等单缸柴油机一直存在着超负荷烟度大 ,启动性能不良的问题。通过对该类柴油机调速器静态工作特性的定量分析 ,表明该调速器静态工作特性的启动工作段过分依赖于调速弹簧的刚度和预紧力是造成上述问题的根本原因。
The single cylinder engine such as X195, has been almays existed the problems of overload heavy smoke and poor start-ability.By the quantitative analysis of its static working characteristics, the main reason is found that start process of static working characteristics excessively depend on the stiffness of the governor spring and its pre-tighteening force.
