摘要
蓝色花是自然界较为奇特的一类花卉 ,其形成主要是由花色苷、助色素和液泡pH等方面共同作用的结果。本文综述了花色苷生物合成途径以及观赏植物花色基因工程研究进展 ,分析了利用基因工程技术 ,导入花色苷合成途径中关键酶的结构基因和调节基因 ,使用干扰技术以及导入液泡pH调节基因 ,以获得蓝色花卉品种的可行性 ,以期为开展蓝色花育种提供参考。
Blue flowers are a kind of special plants. The blue color is formed by the interaction of anthocyanin, copigment and vacuolar pH. Research works on anthocyanin biosynthesis and genetic modification of ornamentals has been reviewed, the feasibility of metabolic engineering to breed blue flower plants has been analyzed constantly. The main pathways have been proposed, including the introduction of some structural and regulator genes about the key enzymes of anthocyanin biosynthesis, the interference and the introduction of regulator genes about the vacuolar pH. This review aims to offer the reference on blue flowers breeding.
