摘要
民族高校是我国高等教育体系中特殊而重要的组成部分,面对新世纪的众多选择与挑战,培养和造就大批具有创新精神和创新能力的高级专门人才,已成为民族高校生存和发展的生命线。民族高校必须大力改革传统教育模式,构建创新人才培养体系,以提高办学竞争力,为少数民族和民族地区的发展作出应有的贡献。
Universities for nationalities are an important component of Chinese institutions of higher learning. Faced with a great many choices and challenges in the new century, universities for nationalities must cultivate and bring up a large number of advanced and specialized talents with creativity. It is necessary for universities for nationalities to reform traditional educational pattern and establish a new system of training talents with creativity to enhance their competition and make their contributions for ethnic groups and ethnic areas.
