摘要
慢粒白血病患者周围血的MNC经与前列腺素E1(1×10^(-6)M)预先孵育后,能使CFU-GM、CFU-E及PPC分别增加163.6%,169.0%及216.6%,此结果证实了PGE的阳性造血调节作用.
We studied the effects of preincubation of mononuclear cells from the peripheral blood of patients with CML with PGE1 and found that preincubation of the MNCs with PGE1 enhanced the production of CFU-GM,GFU-E and PPC (primary progenitor cells).After preincubation with PGE1,the numbers of colonies increased to 168.6%,169.0%,and 216.6% of the control respectively.These results confirmed the positive control of PGE1 in haemopoiesis.We suggest that PGE may be used as a haemopoietic stimulating agent in some conditions.
