摘要
法治理念产生于古希腊城邦的“生活模式”以及文化精神和公民政治共同体,其表现为自由、平等、正义等理性精神,是城邦公民政治文化的核心与精髓。作为人类政治文化的智慧,是古希腊文化对人类社会的历史贡献。
The idea in rule of law producing from the living pattern, sprit of culture and the political community of citizen in the ancient Greek polis, which presented the rational sprit of freedom, equality and justice, not only was the essence of political culture in Greek polis, but also the historic contribution of Greek culture to human being as the wisdom in political culture of mankind.
