摘要
我们要在教育实践中贯彻党的教育方针,使受教育者全面发展,而客观、理性地考察、分析新疆乃至全国的艺术教育现状,得出的结论是:成就不小,问题也不少,形势不容乐观。这就有必要使全社会更全面深入地认识艺术教育的重要性,以推动艺术教育广泛、深入地开展起来。对于艺术教育工作者来说任重而道远。
The implementation of the Party's policies on education in education practice requires the whole society to make a more complete and deeper understanding of the importance of art education and it is also a longtime task for those who are engaged in arts education to promote arts education.
