摘要
我国的公司治理存在着很多问题。我国应发现独特的公司治理模式形成背后复杂的经济、政治、文化、法律和制度背景,从中找出规律性的经验,来指导中国公司治理理论和实践,而不是刻意去追求所谓理想的中国公司治理模式。我国放松对跨国公司在华并购的限制对我国公司治理的完善具有举足轻重的意义。
In the last 20 years of last century, Chinese feminine literature finished the recognition of feminine sex and the blueprint of ideal feminine in the context of ‘seeking women’. The feminine literature has begun to pay attention to what women seek. The answers might be different, but the steps of probing have made themselves known in the process.
