摘要
可行性研究在项目投资决策和项目运作建设中具有十分重要的作用。可行性研究与设计项目管理是避免投资决策失误、保证工程项目建设及投产后经营效益的重要手段。在当前,加强工程咨询勘察设计企业内部改革,努力提高队伍素质,具有十分重要的现实意义。
The feasibility study plays a very important role in the project investment decision and project operation/construction. The feasibility study and design object management are the important means for avoiding the mistakes of investment decision and guaranteeing the construction of the engineering project and the operation profit after putting into operation of the project. At present, strengthening the internal reform in engineering consulting, surveying and designing enterprises, and making great efforts to increasing the quality of the ranks, possesses very important practical significance.
