摘要
目的 建立测定西尼地平含量及有关物质的方法。方法 采用RP -HPLCHypersilODSC18色谱柱 (5 μm ,4 .6mm× 2 5 0mm) ,乙腈 -水 (7∶3)为流动相 ,流速 1 0ml·min-1,检测波长 2 4 0nm。结果 线性范围为 0 8～ 2 0 0 0 μg·ml-1(r=0 .9999)。结论 所用方法测定西尼地平的含量及有关物质简便 ,快速而准确 。
OBJECTIVE An RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of Cilnidipine and its related substances.METHODS The separation was performed on a Hypersil C 18 column(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm).The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water( 7∶3),and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1,The detection was carried out with UV detector at 240 nm.RESULTS The calibration curves were linear within 0.8-200.0 μg·ml -1(r=0.9999).CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate and is suitable for the determination of Cilnidipine and its related substances.
