摘要
本文报道了96名小儿口服脊髓灰质炎三价活疫苗的见疫效果。所有小儿均连服三次全剂量疫苗,一次服苗后,血清抗体阳转率Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型分别为86.5％,63.5％和81.9％;三次服苗后,阳转率分别达到99％(Ⅰ型),87.5％(Ⅱ型),95.7％(Ⅲ型)。以上结果表明此免疫程序是满意的。
96 infants were immunized with trivalcnt oral poliovirus vaccine. All of these infants were given three large doses vaccination. After immunization with one doses vaccination, the seroconversion rates to polio type Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ were 86.5%, 63.5% and 81.9% repective y. After three doses vaccination. the seroconversion rates were increased to 99%(type Ⅰ), 87.5% (typeⅡ), and 95.7% (type Ⅲ) respectively. The results showed that the immunization schedule was successful.
