摘要
帕金森病与特发性震颤都是中枢神经系统黑质致密部多巴胺能神经元功能失调的运动紊乱性疾病。许多学者进行了大量的工作以探究其病因及发病机制,目前仍无满意的结论,但多数认为二者不仅均与遗传因素有关,而且二者之间可能存在一定的关联。本文就近年来有关帕金森病和特发性震颤及其相关性在基因遗传学方面的研究进展予以综述。
