摘要 目的 :研究谷胱甘肽S转移酶 π(GST π)mRNA在胃癌、大肠癌及其相邻正常组织中的表达 ,明确GST π在胃癌、大肠癌发生、发展及自主性耐药中的作用。方法 :采用RT PCR方法 ,检测 42例胃癌、3 4例大肠癌及其相邻正常组织中GST πmRNA的表达。结果 :GST πmRNA在胃癌和大肠癌组织中的表达分别为 3 8.1%和41.2 % ,明显高于其相邻正常组织中的表达 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :GST πmRNA表达与胃肠癌发生。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between thee xpression of glutathione S-transferase-π (GST-π) mRNA in tissues of gastricand colorectal cancer and the adjacent normal tissues, and intrinsic multidrugresistance.Methods: Forty-two patients with gastric cancer,34 with colorectal cancer, and the adjacent normal tissues, were included to de termine the GST-π mRNA expression by using RT-PCR. Results: Significant high level of GST-π mRNA expression was found in gastr ic and colorectal cancer tissues (38.1%, 41.2%), comparing with that in theadjacent normal tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion: GST -π and its products may play some important roles in the development and intri nsic multidrug resistance of human gastric and colorectal cancer.
