多路微波功率放大器并联合成时放大器离散对合成效率的影响 被引量:5

The Effects of Amplifier Dispersion on Efficiency at Multiway Microwave Power Amplifiers Combination in Parallel

摘要 在固态发射机中,当多路微波功率放大器进行并联合成时,微波功率放大器输出功率幅度和插入相位的离散将影响合成效率。本文以两路放大器并联合成为基础,对n路放大器并联合成时放大器离散对合成效率的影响进行了较全面的分析、讨论和计算,得出了许多有用的结论。 In solid-state transmitters,the dispersions of microwave power amplifiers in output powers and insertion phases will affect the combination efficiency,when the multiway microwave power amplifiers are combined in parallel.On the basis of two way amplifiers combination in parallel,the effects of amplifier dispersions on efficiency at n way amplifiers combination in parallel have been comprehensively analyzed, discussed and calculated.Many useful results have also been obtained.
