摘要
概述了超临界溶液快速膨胀(RESS)法和超临界抗溶剂(SAS)过程及其衍生方法的基本原理,以及工艺参数对药物微粉化的影响。介绍了RESS、SAS及其衍生技术在制备固体药物细微颗粒方面的应用前景。
The basic theories and the technical application in micronization of pharmaceuticals by rapid expansionof supercritical fluid solution, supercritical antisolvent and other relevant processes are reviewed. And the effects of processparameters of these techniques on micronization are discussed.
