摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定益肾补骨颗粒剂中大黄素的含量。用HypersilODS(5mm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(80∶20)为流动相,检测波长254nm。大黄素线性范围0.2～1mg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.0%,RSD为2.2%。
A HPLC method for determination of emodin in Yishen Bugu granules was established. An ODS columnwas used with the mobile phase of methanol-water (80∶20) at the detection wavelength of 254nm. The calibration curvewas linear in the range of 0.2～1mg (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 98.0%, with RSD of 2.2%.
