摘要
本文提出一种矩形波导裂缝阵列天线公差分析的方法,导出了小均方误差下阵列的机械与电气之间的公差关系。理论计算与实测结果表明,两者有较好的一致性。
A method of tolerance analysis for reetangular waveguide slotted arrays is presented. Under the condition of small variances, the variance exprcssions between mechanical and electrical random errors of the arrays are derived. Theoretieal computation and measurement results show that good agreement is achieved.
