摘要
目的 了解伤寒爆发流行因素 ,为切断传播途径 ,控制疫情蔓延 ,建立防治对策提供科学依据。方法 采用流行病学资料分析 ,病例对照研究 ,可疑样品病原追踪。结果 调查流行期间的 86名患者 ,罹患率0 .4 3% ;患者中食凉皮 72人占 83.72 % ;病源追踪发现 ,凉皮加工人员及凉拌食物中均检出伤寒杆菌。结论 凉食污染及嗜食凉食习惯是造成本次伤寒爆发的原因。贯彻《食品卫生法》 ,强化食品加工环节管理 ,落实食品从业人员健康体检制度 ,是防止伤寒等肠道传染病爆发的重要环节。
Objective To investigate and analyses the influence factors of the typhoid outbreak in Huaibei city so as to provide a basis for cutting off the route of transmission, restraining the spread out of the epidemic. Methods Epidemiological field survey and case control study was conducted. suspicious specimens were collected and detected. Results 86 cases were reported, with attack rate 0.43%. 83.72% cases ate bean jelly before onset. Typhoid bacillus was detected from the person for bean jelly processing and the food. Conclusions Cold food was the major factors of the outbreak. It`s very important to obey the regulations about food hygiene, strengthen the administration of food processing and perfect the rules of health examination.
