工程教育以提高国家竞争力 ,生产力以及国家和民族的创新为己任 ,以提高国家和地区的经济实力和水平为目标。为此应大力推进教育创新 ,继续深化改革。
The engineering education aims at improving national competitiveness, productivity and the entrepreneurial and innovative spirit of the country and nationality, and developing the national and regional economy. This strongly requires us to promote its education creation, and continue to deepen its education reform. It is a pressing procedure to realize the goal of cultivating revolutionary talents of higher engineering education.
