To carry out the significant thought of 'Three Representatives' is fundamentally consistent with the promotion of overall human development. The thought embodies the innate demand of overall social advancement and human development. It is of great significance to the overall construction of a comparatively well-off society and faster promotion of socialist modernization to boost overall human development according to the requirements of 'Three Representatives' thought.
