摘要
采用问卷、面访、个案调查以及文献等方法对我国东中西3个不同区域的16个小城镇学校体育的软件、硬件和学校课外活动运动训练等方面的现状和发展进行了深入的研究和探讨。研究发现部分小城镇中小学已经具有相当的体育硬件设施,条件较为完备的体育馆、塑胶田径场以及其他常见体育活动场地在发达地区中小学为数不少,但中西部仍有较大的差距;学校体育硬件设施质量高低和数量多寡基本与地区经济发展水平成正比,硬件设施差距随经济发展逐渐扩大;研究认为目前的教育体制和办学指导思想使小城镇学生身体健康和学业有所失衡,体育与文化学习的关系仍有待于进一步理顺。
The current situation and development of both hard and softwares such as sports facilities aswell as sports related activities, athletic training in primary and middle schools from 16 towns of the East,Middle and West areas across the country have been thoroughly explored by means of questionnaire,home-visit, case-study and documentation. It has been found that quite a few well equipped sports facili-ties like gyms and plastic cement tracks exist in schools in the East. Actually, the quality and quantity ofsports facilities in towns are closely related with the economic development levels of the different areas.The unbalance still exists between health and study of the students in towns due to the unreasonableeducation system and guarding ideology of school operation. Therefore, the relationship between sports,sports-related activities and academic classes in schools still need to be studied.
