摘要
市委八届三次全会作出开发改造海河两岸的重大决策。本文就海河两岸开发改造为我市调整产业结构带来的发展机遇,需要高度重视的几个问题及应采取的主要对策进行了有益的探索与研究。
The third session of the eighth municipal committee make a decision to develop
and rehuild the sides of Haihe River .The paper does some useful study and explore about the
opportunities to adjust the industry structure, the problems we should think mush of and the
strategies we should adopt while developing and rebuilding along the Haihe River.
