摘要
在日益激烈的市场竞争中 ,企业的研究开发能力已成为获取竞争优势和市场成功的关键因素之一。为了克服跨国经营导致的研发资源的分散 ,以及单个企业研发能力的不足 ,虚拟R&D组织就成为网络经济时代研发组织的必然选择。本文在对虚拟R&D组织的基本含义和特点作出简要分析的基础上 ,着重探讨了虚拟R&D组织的基本模式及其内容 ,以期加深对现代研发组织的理解。
In increasingly fierce market competition, R&D ability is becoming a critical factor for every firm to acquire its competition advantage and market success. To overcome R&D resources decentralization caused by multinational operations and a deficiency of R&D ability to a single firm. It is inevitable for many companies to adopt virtual R&D organization in network economies. This article discusses essential meanings and characteristics of virtual R&D organization, and emphatically analyses basic forms and their contents of virtual R&D organization. These researches are benefit to better understand modern R&D organization.
