摘要
目的 探讨风湿性心脏病 (RHD)患者能量 (E)、能量效率 (EE)与左室收缩功能的关系。方法 应用超声心动图检测 5 8例RHD患者左室收缩功能 ,根据相应公式计算出E、EE ,并与 45例正常对照组进行比较 ,了解RHD患者E、EE与左室收缩功能的关系。结果 与对照组比较 ,RHD患者E随心功能变化而改变 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;EE则明显降低(P <0 0 5 )。结论 RHD患者E。
