摘要
无源磁浮叶轮血泵采用一种新颖的、具有径向轴承功能和轴向弹簧功能的永磁轴承,并能结合液动力实现血泵转子稳定悬浮 无源磁浮叶轮血泵不仅保持了旋转血泵的优点,而且消除血泵内机械磨损,减少血栓和溶血的形成 作者利用实验室自制血泵转子位置测量系统,根据霍尔传感器采集的转子位置信息,定性分析了转子位置及流量、进出口压力差对转子悬浮稳定性的影响 实验结果显示:转子在旋转时与定子脱离,且磁浮稳定性不受血泵流量、进出口压差的影响;
A novel permanent magnetic bearing which functions both as a bearing radially and as a spring axially has been used in the permanent maglev impeller blood pump. The pump rotor is suspended under the action of passive magnetic force and hydraulic force. The pump retains the advant-ages of rotary pump but avoids bearing wear and thrombosis. With rotor position measurement system, the rotor position and the effect of flow rate and pressure head on rotor suspension stability are studied. Results demonstrate that the rotor will disaffiliate fully from the stator during rotation, flow rate and pressure head have no significant effect on rotor suspension, and the rotor will keep contact randomly with stator at standstill.
