细胞因子类基因佐剂研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 细胞因子在免疫应答的产生和调节中具有重要作用 ,可作为免疫佐剂增强疫苗的免疫效果。近年来 ,以重组质粒表达的细胞因子———即可在体内持久表达细胞因子的一类新型疫苗分子佐剂 ,在DNA疫苗研究领域引起广泛的兴趣与关注。本文简述了此基因佐剂用于艾滋病、乙肝、癌症和其他多种感染性疾病的DNA疫苗的研究现状 ,介绍了其对DNA疫苗的调制效应及其在疫苗优化。
