外源性碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究外源性碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (b FGF)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血梗死灶的影响。方法 :5 6只大鼠通过大脑中动脉持续性栓塞制成脑缺血模型 ,于缺血 2 h后一次性静脉给予 b FGF或生理盐水 2 0 0 μl,分别在 3、6、12 h,1、3、7、14 d后处死动物进行观察和分析梗死灶的变化。结果 :给药组在 3h~ 3d各时间段梗死灶均有不同程度的缩小 ,面积百分比缩小值为 16 .73%~ 2 3.5 3%。结论 :外源性 b FGF能缩小梗死灶。 Objective:The study is aimed to explore the effect of exogenous bFGF in a rat focal brain ischemia model.Methods:Wistar rats received bFGF or saline after 2 hours of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) and sacrificed at designed time intervals as 3h,6h,12h,1d,3d,7d,14d after administration. The infarct area was observed by H.E.Result:Compared with saline administration group, the infarct area of bFGF administration group reduced 17%~24%. Conclusion:Exogenous bFGF can reduce the brain infaction area.
