摘要
新信息技术影响和改变了图书馆藏书管理组织、藏书结构、藏书评价措施及为培训这一图书馆业务活动所进行的藏书管理教育。面对信息服务尤其高等教育环境的改变 ,藏书管理实践和观念必须改变 ,但其目标和需求不变。
The new information technology has influenced and changed the organization of library collection management,the structure and the evaluation of the collection,the education for the collection management.Facing the changes in the information service and high education environment,the practice and the concept of collection management must be innovated.
