摘要
报道了一种新型往复式螺旋双柱塞高效液相色谱高压泵。由单片机控制步进电机 ,带动两个螺旋体正反交替旋转 ,两个螺旋体带动两个滑块作匀速往复直线运动 ,两个滑块带动两个蓝宝石柱塞同步作匀速往复直线运动。该泵具有结构简单 ,加工容易 ,脉动小等优点。
A reciprocating dual screw piston pump is reported. The stepping motor of the pump is controlled by a singlechip processor and rotates clockwise and counterclockwise alternatively, driving two slides back and forth along straight line uniformly. The two slides further make the sapphire pistons move back and forth synchronously. The construction of the pump is simple and the pump is esay to fabricate. The pulse is small.
