恶性肿瘤抑癌基因IGF-2R的研究进展
摘要
抑癌基因的研究已成为当前头颈恶性肿瘤研究的一个重要方面,本文就抑癌基因IGF-2R的结构和生物学特性,表达与调控,其与细胞增殖及肿瘤的关系进行综述,希望能对该领域的认识及进一步研究提供帮助。
