摘要
利用铝醇盐Sol-Gel纳米包覆技术合成出性能优异的SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料.与高温固相法相比,该法能使绿晶相SrO.Al2O3生成温度降低200℃以上,并且能避免杂相3SrO.Al2O3的生成.生成的磷光体具有颗粒直径小、粉体松散、发光强度高、余辉时间长等特点.
The phosphor SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+), Dy^(3+) with excellent performances was synthesized by Sol-Gel coating method starting from metal alkoxide. It has been found that the single phase green phosphor SrO·Al_2O_3 formed at 1 000 ℃,which is 200 ℃ lower than that required for solid-state method. What is more, the impurity phase 3SrO·Al_2O_3 can be completely removed by the present method. It is found that the phosphors powders are more loosely and the particles are small. Also, the luminescence intensity is higher and the afterglow is longer than that prepared by solid-state method in the comparable condition.
