摘要
一个随机需求的直通配送系统,在运行过程中按一定规则对当前库存在各需求点之间进行重新配置(转载)可以减少缺货。本文研究的是,在监控周期内设定若干个等时间间隔的检测时点,从第一个检测时点开始检查,并测算监控周期剩余时间内转载和不转载的期望总费用,比较二者,决定转载或非转载,逐次推进,使系统在一定服务水平下费用最低。
In a cross-docking system with stochastic demand, lateral transshipment can be used to redistribute stock between locations based on a certain criterion and to reduce possibility of stock out. The method discussed in this paper is to divided review period into several sub-periods. According to the expected total cost during the review period, whether to use lateral transshipment or not at each checkpoint is decided. Pushing gradually from the first checkpoint, the minimal cost under certain service level is achieved.
