摘要
本文介绍了CAN总线的特性,并吸取当今先进的电站设计思想,在分析相关技术文献、资料的基础上,利用先进的嵌入式控制技术,PLC技术及现场总线通信技术等进行系统设计,给出了一种基于CAN总线的水电站自动化监控系统。与传统的水电站自动化监控系统相比,该方法改传统方法中将现场综合电量装置、保护装置及温度巡检装置通过RS485总线接到工控机上为将这些装置与PCC相连,通过PCC联到上位监控系统,使得整个现地单元自成一个独立的系统层次。增加了系统的稳定性和可靠性。避免了系统数据的丢失,同时简化了系统的结构,节约了系统硬件成本,更加利于资金不足的地区自建小型水电站。
A hydraulic power plant automatic monitor system based on CAN_ us is proposed in this paper. The system connects the field comprehensive electric parameter device, the protection device and the temperature-inspection device with PCC, rather than through RS485 with the industrial control computer. This approach makes the whole field unit integrated a self-governed system hierarchy, improves the stability and reliability of the system ,avoids the lose of system data, simplifies the structure of the system, and saves the cost of hardwares.
