钢筋混凝土吊车梁荷载效应谱试验研究与疲劳分析 被引量:2

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON LOADING EFFECT SPECTRUM AND FATIGUE ANALYSIS OF R. C. CRANE BEAM

摘要 针对吊车梁荷载为大量重复动态随机荷载这一主要特点.通过对生产运行中的吊车梁进行较长时间连续测试分析,建立了吊车梁的荷载效应谱。采用模糊理论确定吊车梁循环荷载幅值及峰值均服从正态分布规律,并由此对吊车梁进行了疲劳分析,得到了更能反映实际情况的计算结果。 Through the continual monitoring and analyzing of usual working cranes over three months, that the main character of crane load belongs to a large number of dynamic repeated cyclic random loads, hence the loading effect spectrum of R. C. crane beem has been established. Using the fuzzy theory, a conclusion that the amplitude value and peak value of the cyelic load on crane beam are subordinated to the regularity of normal distribution, in case the fatigue behaviour of R. C crane beam is analyzed according to that conclusion, thus the reffecting more practical reality calculated results can be obtained.
