益元活血丹和大黄及其配伍对老龄大鼠脑缺血细胞因子的影响

摘要 目的:从细胞因子方面研究老龄大鼠脑缺血的发病机制和中药的防治作用。方法:老龄大鼠分为老龄对照组、老龄模型组、尼莫地平组、大黄组、益元活血组、益元活血大黄组,观察脑缺血模型白细胞介素1(IL-1),白细胞介素6(IL-6),白细胞介素8(IL-8),肿瘤坏死因子(TNF_α),转化生长因子(TGF_α)和胰岛素样生长因子—2(IGF-2)含量的变化。结果:老龄模型组血清IL-1和IL-8、血清与脑组织IL-6和TNF-α含量高于老龄对照组,而TGF_α和IGF-2含量降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);与老龄模型组比较,大黄组脑组织IL-6、血清IL-8、血清和脑组织TNF_α降低,而血清TGF_α含量增高(P<0.01,P<0.05);益元活血组、益元活血大黄组血清IL-1和IL-8、血清与脑组织IL-6和TNF_α含量降低,而TGF_α和IGF-2含量增高(P<0.Ol,P<0.05)。益元活血大黄组血清TNF_α含量低于大黄组(P<0.05)。结论:老龄大鼠脑缺血损伤与细胞因子网络紊乱有关;益元活血丹和大黄及其配伍对老龄大鼠脑缺血损伤有一定的保护作用。
