摘要
通过对 15年来我国IgA肾病中医证候学研究方面文献资料的回顾性总结 ,重点对中医证候研究、辨证治疗研究、基本方治疗研究等三个方面加以分析。认为IgA肾病的最常见中医证型依次是气阴两虚、肝肾阴虚、脾肾气虚。
This article made a retrospective study of the Chinese medical syndromes of IgA nephropathy in the past 15 years in China, as well as their differentiation and herbal management. It is showed that the common syndromes of IgA are qi-yin deficiency syndrome, liver-kidney yin-deficiency syndrome, spleen-kidney qi-deficiency syndrome, spleen-kidney yang-deficiency syndrome.
