摘要
在膜性肾病的治疗中 ,陈以平教授将其分为早期、中后期进行分期论治 ,分别采用清热膜肾方和补肾膜肾方。将辨证与辨病、中药与西药相结合 ,将益气活血法贯穿治疗始终。
In the treatment of membranous nephropathy, professor Chen Yi-ping divides it into early period and middle/late stages with the prescription to clear away heat for membranous nephropathy and the prescription to nourish the kidney for membranous nephropathy respectively. She combines syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation as well as Chinese medicine and western medicine. In addition, she uses the method of enriching qi and activating blood through all the stages. A case is listed.
