摘要
14 1例胃肠癌根治术后患者随机分成两组 :一组给予常规肠外营养支持治疗71例 (PN组 ) ,另一组 70例给予参附注射液 +肠外营养支持治疗 (参附 +PN组 )。观察两组治疗前后营养指标和免疫指标的变化。结果 :治疗后参附 +PN组的部分营养指标和免疫指标有明显改善。
Two hundred and four patients after radical operation for gastrointestinal cancer were assigned randomly two groups: control group in which 71 cases were given routine parenteral nutrition, and treatment group in which 70 cases were given 'Shenfu Injection' plus parenteral nutrition. The nutritional and immune indices before and after treatment were observed. Results: In treatment group, some of the nutritional and immune indices were improved, indicating that this method functions to boost the immunity in patients after operative gastrointestinal cancer.
