摘要
从临床角度阐述了“五脏盛 ,乃能泻”“水冰地坼”“下虚上实”“肾主欠”的含义 ,认为 :“五脏盛 ,乃能泻”应解释为五脏充盛 ,肾才能泻生殖之精 ;“水冰地坼”在人体与“肾恶燥”相应 ,是肾阳虚弱 ,不能蒸腾水液以润机体所致 ;“下虚上实”是人体衰老时出现的下焦肾阳虚弱 ,上焦水湿停滞的表现 ;“肾主欠”原理是卫气当行阴分而未尽入 ,于肾足少阴经处往来出入 ,“阴阳相引”
To study some questions of medical classic, this article explains 'if five zang-organ are full, they can excrete essence', 'water ice and earth cleft', 'lower asthenia and upper sthenia' and 'kidney controlling yawn' from the viewpoints of clinical practice.
