摘要
通过对以正丁烯为原料生产仲丁醇的两种不同工艺路线的技术经济比较,论述了直接水合法工艺路线的合理性;与硫酸水合法工艺比较,投资可降低22%—33%;生产过程中没有连续的酸性污水,没有腐蚀和废气处理问题,副产物也少;生产1t仲丁醇所需的原料消耗为1.24t(硫酸水合法工艺为1.56t)。
Justification is made to the direct hydration process for the production of secbutanol through techno-economic comparison between two processes using n-butylene as raw material. In comparison with sulfuric acid hydration process, the direct hydration process has the following advantages: the capital investment can be cut by 22%~33%, there are no continuous acidic effluent from the process, no corrosion to occur and no waste gases to treat, less by-products and less consumption of raw material(1.24 tonne of n-butylene per tonne of sec-butanol compared with 1.56 tonne for sulfuric acid hydration process).
