摘要
对某低品位锰银矿采用分级强磁选工艺,可获得锰品位和回收率分别为31.33%和91.18%、银品位和回收率分别为390g/t和86.55%的锰银混合精矿,且工艺简单、易于工业实现。研究结果表明,预先分级对选矿效率的影响十分显著。
High intensity magnetic separation (HIMS) was used to treat a low-grade manganese-silver ore containing Mn 15.92% and Ag 205g/t respectively. Adopting classification-HIMS technology,bulk manganese-silver concentrate can be obtained,the concentrate contained 31.33% Mn and 390g/t Ag,their recoveries are 91.18% and 86.55%,respectively. Resarch results indicate that preliminary classification increased separation effectiveness.
