摘要
目的 探讨微血管密度 (MVD)和p2 7蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测结直肠癌中 p2 7的表达 ,以Ⅷ因子相关抗原作为血管内皮细胞标记物测定其MVD。 结果 5 9例结直肠癌中 ,淋巴结转移组MVD高表达、p2 7低表达 ;无淋巴结转移组MVD低表达、p2 7高表达 (P <0 .0 5 )。MVD低表达组、p2 7高表达组 5年生存率明显高于MVD高表达组、p2 7低表达组 (P <0 .0 5 )。MVD低表达、p2 7高表达组 5年生存率明显高于MVD高表达、p2 7低表达组 (P <0 .0 5 )。p2 7高表达组MVD明显低于 p2 7低表达组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 MVD、p2 7的表达与结直肠癌的生物学行为及预后密切相关 ,p2 7、MVD表达呈负相关 ,检测MVD、p2 7在判断结直肠癌患者预后方面有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate microvess el density and the expression of p27 protein in colorectal carcinoma and their cli nical significance.Method p27 expression was measured with S-P immunohistochemical method.Meanwhile,fator Ⅷ-related antigen serving as a mar ker of endothlial cells,microvessel density in colorectal carcinoma tissue was d etermined.Results Of 59 cases of colorectal carcinoma,MVD was h igher in lymph-node involved group than that in the group without lymph-node i nvolvement(P<0.05).p27 positive rate was higher in patients without lymph- node involvement than that in those with lymph-node involvement.5-year suvival rate in low MVD group and in high p27 expression group was significantly higher than that in high MVD group and in low p27 expression group(P<0.05).5-y ear survival rate in low MVD and high p27 expression group was significantly hig her that in high MVD and low p27 expression group(P<0.05).MVD in high p27 e xpression group was obviously lower than that in low p27 expression group(P< 0.05).Conclusions Microvessel density and the expression of p27 are significantly correlated to the biological behavior and prognosis of patien ts with colorectal carcinoma.The expression of p27 is negatively correlated to M VD.The determination of MVD and p27 is important to the prognostic judegment of patients with colorectal carcinoma.
