摘要
目的 研究光电容积描记 (PPG)联合静脉多普勒超声 (VenousDoppler)对下肢静脉曲张类疾病术后疗效评价的价值。方法 对 14 3例下肢静脉曲张病人共 197条肢体进行术前下肢顺行静脉造影 (APG) ,PPG +VenousDoppler检查 ,静脉双功能彩超 ;术后依次行PPG +VenousDoppler检查 ,下肢静脉双功能彩超检查 ,对于返流Ⅲ～Ⅳ级病人加行手术前后小腿周径比较。并对检查结果进行统计分析。结果 PPG +VenousDoppler手术疗效评价与双功能彩超检查结果相比无显著性差异 ,其结果与手术前后小腿周径的改变一致。结论 PPG
Objective To study the value of photoplethy sm ography combined with venous Doppler evaluating postoperative efficacy in patien ts with lower extremity venous varicose.Method Ascending phlebo graphy(APG),colour duplex ultrasonography,PPG and venous Doppler were used in 14 3 patients,197 lower extremities before operation;Colour duplex ultrasonography ,PPG and venous doppler were used after operation.Leg circumferences before and after the operation were compared additionally in patients with grade Ⅲ～Ⅳ ref lu.The results were analyzed statistically.Results The accuracy of PPG combined with venous doppler was not significantly different from the re sult of colour duplex ultrasonography in the evaluation of postoperative efficac y.The results were coincident with the change of leg circumference before and af ter the operation.Conclusion PPG combined with venous doppler c an be used as an objective method to evaluate the surgical efficacy on varicose veins of the lower exetremity.
