摘要
目的 研究大黄对危重病患者胃肠功能衰竭的治疗及对多器官功能障碍综合征 (MODS)的防治作用。方法 96例入住ICU胃肠功能衰竭的危重病患者 ,分为两组 :大黄治疗组 ( 5 6例 )和对照组 ( 4 0例 ) ,观察两组患者胃肠功能衰竭的缓解率、缓解时间及MODS的发生率、病死率等。结果 大黄治疗组胃肠功能衰竭的缓解率为 80 .4% ,对照组为 40 .0 % ,两组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。大黄治疗后胃肠功能衰竭的持续时间明显缩短。大黄治疗组和对照组MODS的发生率分别为 2 8.6%、62 .5 % ,MODS的病死率分别为 2 5 .0 %、60 .0 % ,两组比较有显著性差异。结论 大黄对危重病患者胃肠功能衰竭具有较好的治疗作用 ,可明显降低MODS的发生率和病死率。
Objective To study the effect of rhubarb on g astrointestinal failure and its preventive effect on multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) in patients with critical illness.Method 96 pati ents with critical illness,who were admitted to ICU,were divided into 2 groups:t he group treated with rhubarb(n=56) and the control group(n=40).The alleviative rate and time of gastrointestinal failure,morbidity and mortality of MODS in 2 g roups were observed.Results The alleviative rate of gastrointes tinal failure was 80.4% in the group treated with rhubarb,and 40.0% in control group.There was a statistical difference between 2 groups(P<0.01).The contin uance of gastrointestinal failure was shortened obviously after the treatment of rhubarb.The morbidity of MODS was 28.6% and 62.5% in two groups respectively,th e mortality of MODS was 25.0% and 60.0% respectively.There were statistical diff erences between 2 groups.Conclusions Rhubarb might achieve bett er effects on gastrointestinal failure in patients with critical illness,and red uce the morbidity and mortality of MODS obviously.
