摘要
由于往复运动特性,工作状态中活塞环-缸套的动态摩擦力非常复杂,而且对发动机的工作状况有重要影响。作者结合发动机试验台,设计了一套对活塞环-缸套动态摩擦力进行采集的装置。装置最大采样率可以达到3704sps,在曲轴转速为1200r/min时,对应曲柄转角1.94度/采样点。并可在PC中对数据分析、计算,为理论研究提供结果和依据。
The variation of friction force between piston ring and cylinder liner,which may exert great influence on the engine operation, is very complicated because of the reciprocation of piston assembly. Based on the bench test, a system is developed for measuring the variation of the friction between piston ring and cylinder liner. The sampling rate of the system can reach 3 704 sps,and the crank angle is 1.94 degree per sampling point corresponding to the crank speed of 1 200 r/min. And the analysis and calculation of the obtained data can also be achieved with PC in the system, which may provide the foundation for further investigation.
