摘要
通过分析汽车公司销售信息流程,设计出基于客户关系管理的汽车公司销售信息系统结构模型和主要数据模型,给出了系统的主要功能。该系统体现了"四位一体"的汽车销售服务模式的有机结合,其中汽车售后服务信息子系统为汽车产品的改进设计提供了有力的技术支持。
In the paper,the sale information flows of the automobile company are analyzed,the structure model and the data models of the sale information system based on customer relationship management(CRM) are designed,and its main functions presented. The system embodies the integration of four aspects of automobile sale,and the sub-system of automobile after-sale service information may provide powerful and technological support to the modificative design of automobile products.
