摘要
利用高速彩色CCD摄像机的3个单色通道信息进行了双色法计算温度和KL因子的可行性研究,并用乙炔火焰对计算结果进行了验证,讨论了不同双色组合对测试精度的影响。在一台可视化发动机上对进气道喷射乙醇柴油引燃时的燃烧过程进行了分析,结果表明:随着乙醇喷入量的增加,燃烧火焰面积减小,温度及代表碳烟浓度的KL因子也相应下降,说明乙醇对柴油燃烧过程中碳烟的生成有抑制作用。
This paper investigated the feasibility of the direct utilization of three monochromatic colors of a color CCD camera to calculate temperature and KL factor by the two-color method while the acetylene flame was used to validate the method.The errors caused by different combinations of any two wavelengths were also discussed.The Two-color method was then used to analyze the combustion of ethanol injected in intake port ignited by diesel fuel on an optical diesel engine.The results showed that with the increase of ethanol,the areas of flame increased while flame temperature and KL factors decreased.Those indicated that ethanol might restrict soot formation during the combustion process.
