摘要
通过对《医疗事故处理条例》(简称《条例》)的剖析 ,找出《条例》中新观念、新要求和新规定 ,从《条例》的宗旨、医疗事故概念、解决医疗事故的争议途径、患者知情同意权、医疗事故技术鉴定及其赔偿等六个方面对《条例》进行了诠释。准确理解并掌握《条例》的精神实质 ,增强危机感和紧迫感 ,转变服务观念和服务模式 ,提高服务质量和服务水平 ,积极防范和正确处理医疗事故及其争议 ,是贯彻执行《条例》
To find the new concepts, new acquirements and new stipulations of the Regulations Regarding the Management of Medical Malpractice (abbreviated as the Regulations) by a deep analysis of it. This study deeply explained the Regulations from its purposes, the concepts of medical malpractice, ways to solve the medical malpractice, patients' right of awareness and approval, technical judgment and reparation of medical malpractice. The purposes and the basis of the implement of the Regulations are to accurately understand and know of the Regulations, increase the medical workers' imminence , transfer the concepts and modes of medical service, elevate the quality and standard of the service, actively prevent and correctly manage the medical malpractice and the argument.
