摘要
目的 探讨经阴道超声在计划生育术后随访中的价值。方法 回顾性分析经手术 ,病理证实的 15 1例计划生育术后异常病例的声像图特点 ,总结诊断的符合率。结果 经阴道超声诊断宫腔残留的符合率为 96 % ,节育环异位的符合率为 10 0 % ,宫腔粘连的符合率为 88%。结论 经阴道超声可作为计划生育术后随访的首选方法。
Objective To assess the value of transvaginal ultrasonography(TVS) in following-up patients after birth-control operation. Methods Abnormal transvaginal ultrasonic image characteristics in 151 patients after birth-control operation were reviewed retrospectively. The ultrasonic diagnosis was compared with the postoperative pathologic results. Results The accuracies of diagnosing intrauterine remains, incorrect-place intrauterine device, intrauterine adhesions were 96%,100%, and 88%, respectively. Conclusion TVS could be the first choice in following-up patients after birth-control operations.[
