摘要
目的:探讨动脉瘤样骨囊肿影像表现特征。材料和方法:回顾性分析42例经手术及病理证实的动脉瘤样骨囊肿的影像表现,42例均行X线检查,28例CT检查,12例MR检查。结果:①皂泡状或吹气球样膨胀性骨破坏:X线36例,CT 22例,MR 6例;②病灶内骨小梁间隔或骨嵴:X线33例,CT 18例,MR 4例;③邻近病灶端骨质轻度硬化:X线16例,CT 14例,MR 8例;④骨壳边缘不全病理骨折:X线9例,CT 8例,MR 4例;⑤骨膜反应:X线2例,CT 1例;⑥软组织肿块:X线1例,CT 3例,MR 1例;⑦病灶内单发或多发液-液平面:CT 21例,MR10例。结论:动脉瘤样骨囊肿具有一定的影像学特征,X线、CT及MR三者结合能明显提高诊断准确率。
Objective: To evaluate the imaging characteristics of aneurysmal bone cyst. Materials and Methods: The imaging features of 42 cases of aneurysmal bone cyst confirmed by operation and pathology were reviewed, 42 cases have undergone X-ray examination, 28 cases were imaged by CT and 12 cases were imaged by MR. Results: (1)Soap bubble-like or balloon shape of expansive bone destruction were discovered by X-ray in 36 cases, by CT in 22 cases and by MR in 6 cases. (2)Bone trabeculae mixed with osseous septae in the lesions were discovered by X-ray in 33 cases, by CT in 18 cases and by MR in 4 cases. (3)Mild sclerosis of the bony structure adjacent to the lesion were discovered by X-ray in 16 cases, by CT in 14 cases and by MR in 8 cases. (4)Partial pathologic fracture of bone shell's were discovered by X-ray in 9 cases, by CT in 8 cases and by MR in 4 cases. (5)Periosteal reactions were discovered by X-ray in 2 cases, by CT in 1 cases. (6) Soft tissuse mass was discovered by X-ray in 1 case, by CT in 3 cases and by MR in 1 case. (7)Solitary or multiple fluid-fluid lever inside the lesion were discovered by CT in 21 cases and by MR in 10 cases. Conclusions: Aneurysmal bone cysts have some identical imaging characteristics, combination of X-ray, CT and MR can distinctly improve the correct ratio of the diagnosis.
